Lindsay Lohan was Visited by Family in Jail, Violating the Prison Rules

Lindsay Lohan has spent two days in jail. The 24-year-old actress and singer is sentenced for 90 days last Tuesday by Judge Marsha Revel due to her violations over her drug and alcohol treatment programs during probation. She would have to stay behind the bars for only two weeks if she behaves well, but that would be another story to seek. As for now, we do have this one shocking fact: Lindsay Lohan’s mother, Dina Lohan, and her sister, Ali Lohan, gave her a visit on Thursday!
Why can that fact be considered shocking?
Well, Lindsay Lohan has been held in custody in Century Regional Detention Facility, located in Lynbrook, California, where inmates are allowed to have visitations only during weekends. But that might not be the case with Lohan. Her mom and sister gave her a visit on Thursday. They were reportedly inside that facility for almost an hour although none of the resources could clarify whether they actually had a meet-up.
Despite the seemingly unjust event, according to one of the prison officers, Lindsay Lohan has shown her good, cooperative behavior so far. She has spent the nights there by sleeping really well. She also ate her breakfast which consisted of cold cereal and hard-boiled eggs on Wednesday morning. Although she seemed to be a bit nervous due to her fear of other inmates around her, speaking of the overall situation, she has been doing just fine.
Lindsay Lohan was sentenced 90 days in prison due to her three cases of Driving under Influence (DUI). The judge told her to join the drug and alcohol treatment programs, which she failed to attend completely because of her ‘more important’ work. Lohan admitted that she attended those programs in several different occasions, but failed to keep up with them all. She denied the judgment of her seeing those programs as a joke. Heck, she had even shed her tears over the judge’s indictment in the court. She said all she needed was a way to improve the balance of her hectic work schedule, between all those meetings and rehabilitative programs.
Okay, Lohan. We get all your points. We really do. But, again, a visit from your family during weekdays when the prison rules state otherwise? Gee. Do the authorities really allow it because she is THE Hollywood star Lindsay Lohan?! Let’s see how this interesting story goes within the next few weeks.
