On March 13, 2010, two great fighters would face each other in the ring- the best pound for pound fighter from the Philippines manny pacquiao and the Ghanian boxer Joshua Clottey. Manny Pacquiao was first set to fight Floyd Mayweather, Jr. but that didn’t turn out so well after both camps did not agree with the terms set by the camp of Mayweather for the Olympics style of drug testing. Joshua Clottey may not have the perfect record as Mayweather’s but he is indeed a great fighter too and will prove to be a great challenge for our PacMan.
The boxing record of Joshua Clottey is also quite impressive with 35 wins, 3 losses and 20 knock outs. His last fight was with Miguel Cotto but unfortunately, that was the 3rd loss of his career. Still, with such fast punches and great left hook and jab, he is a tough competitor that Pacquiao should watch for. Manny Pacquiao, on the other hand, has a great record of 58 wins, 3 losses, 2 draws and 38 knock outs. His last fight was with Miguel Cotto as well and won via TKO.
