CNN's Larry King Gearing towards Divorce

They say that you cannot teach an old dog some new tricks and that wine gets better with age. But this old dog faces his biggest hurdle yet and the wine is soon to turn sour once again. Larry King had been the voice of reason, albeit a very sarcastic one, in his longstanding show in CNN as he tackled topics and human interest stories ranging from the scandalous affairs of Hollywood superstars and current events that rock the world to seemingly mundane and ordinary things like the weather and eve domesticated animals care. Although no stranger to controversies and well-trained under the limelight in full display for scathing public scrutiny, his impending divorce with his wife is probably his biggest challenge yet.
The veteran talk show host’s marriage has reportedly hit rocky waters when his wife Shawn Southwick accused him of adultery and cheating on her with her own sister, Shanon Engemann. Engemann was singled out by Southwick as making amorous advances at her husband and she accused King of being extra tender and affectionate towards her sister as well. Engemann denied all her allegations as ridiculous and that King is nothing more than a “father figure for her” who is “kind and caring to everyone in the family” and not only to her specifically.
This is not the first of Larry King’s marital relationships gone awry. He was married a whopping 8 times to 7 different women (he married one of his ex-wives twice) and this is not the first to be settled in court. But Southwick wants all of their luxury houses including the mansion in Beverly Hills and she wants sole custody of their children. On the other hand, King wants to gain his properties back and is willing to compromise to supervised joint custody of the kids.
